Reduction
West Metro Driving School offers several ways for Georgia drivers to reduce their insurance rates.
- An Defensive Driving Insurance Reduction course is a total of 6-hours, and is a way for Georgia drivers to reduce their insurance rates by at least 10% for 3 years. Georgia state law requires insurance companies to offer rate reductions of at least the above for the completion of a Defensive Driving course for Insurance Reduction.
- Teens who complete at least 30 hours of in-classroom instruction, as well as 6 hours of behind the wheel driving are eligible for two major discounts: at least 10% off of their insurance premiums, and a $150 tax credit from the State of Georgia. Currently, West Metro Driving School also includes a Defensive Driving course for Insurance Reduction purposes with any driving course package of at least 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction.
